When will my order ship?

At ToyPulse, we know the anticipation of unboxing a new toy—whether it’s a colorful building kit for a weekend project, a soft plush friend for bedtime, or an interactive learning game to spark curiosity. That’s why our team works diligently to process and ship your order with care, ensuring every toy arrives ready to delight.


Most standard toys, such as basic action figures, simple board games, or small stuffed animals, are inspected, wrapped in protective padding, and packed into sturdy boxes within 1–2 working days. We use child-safe packaging—free of sharp edges or excessive plastic—to keep both the toy and little hands safe during transit. For more intricate items that demand extra attention—like large playsets with multiple components, battery-operated toys with delicate electronics, or hand-painted wooden puzzles—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This additional time allows our team to verify that all pieces are included, check for secure assembly, and test functionality (for electronic toys) to ensure they work perfectly right out of the box. We want every toy to withstand hours of imaginative play and bring endless joy.


Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once your package ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey and count down to the excited smiles of unboxing day.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping times vary by location: Most orders within North America and Europe arrive in 5–10 working days, while international deliveries to Asia, Australia, and other regions typically take 10–15 working days. These are estimates—delays can occur due to customs processing (many countries have strict regulations for children’s products to ensure safety), local postal disruptions, or unforeseen events like weather-related issues, which are beyond our control.


For orders shipped outside our base country, please note that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations (not ToyPulse) and can vary based on the toy’s value, material, or intended age group. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.

For specialized materials (like BPA-free plastics, washable and hypoallergenic fabrics, or eco-friendly water-based dyes), we partner with global suppliers who meet strict safety standards (including ASTM and EN71 certifications, widely recognized for children’s product safety). Every material undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it’s free of harmful chemicals, durable enough for rough play, and safe for kids of all ages. How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

We strive to ensure that product images on our website accurately reflect the true colors of our toys, so you know exactly what to expect when your order arrives. That said, slight color variations can occur. These may stem from small differences in material batches (especially with hand-painted items, where minor variations add to the uniqueness) or differences in monitor settings (brightness, contrast, or screen calibration can affect how colors appear). Returns

What is your return policy?

In short: Most unused, unopened toys can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition with tags, packaging, and any accessories (like instruction manuals or small parts) intact. Custom items (like personalized stuffed animals with a child’s name) have specific guidelines, which are clearly noted on their product pages.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging every toy—using padded boxes for fragile items (like glass marbles or electronic toys) and secure wrapping for small parts—to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. But if a toy arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts (e.g., a broken wheel, a non-functioning battery compartment, or a missing puzzle piece), please notify us immediately.


To resolve this quickly, contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement, a repair kit (for fixable issues), or a full refund—whichever works best for you—at no extra cost. If we need the damaged item returned for inspection, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.


Payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Currently, ToyPulse does not offer cash on delivery (COD). This decision helps us ensure secure, efficient transactions for both our customers and our team, as COD can lead to delays, errors, or additional administrative costs that might disappoint little ones waiting for their new toy.


Instead, we offer a range of secure, convenient payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and trusted digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are protected by industry-leading encryption technology, so your payment details remain safe. These methods also make returns or refunds easier to process if needed, ensuring a smooth experience.

Can I use Afterpay for products that will ship to Los Angeles?

Yes! We’re excited to partner with Afterpay to offer flexible payment options for customers worldwide, including those in Los Angeles. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments, due every two weeks, with no hidden fees as long as payments are made on time.


This option is available for most toys on our website, making it easier to stock up on birthday gifts, holiday presents, or everyday play essentials without waiting.
